Depends on the site you plan to sell - as each site has different requirements. You can start out with a Personal account to accept payments however, you are limiting what you can do - a Business account works best if you have plans to be a seller or merchant. On the most basic level, you can send invoices to your buyers or depening on the site you want to work with or you may only have to link your PayPal email address. You can also request money using PayPal.ME. If you have a Business account, you can use the online button creator to generate your own Buy Now buttons or Add to Cart and you can use PayPal Here if you're selling in person.
