API Credentials

I am currently encoutering an issue obtaining the API username, password and signature in the process of creating my online store Paypal account. I have attached in the e-mail screenshots of problems being encoutered. You can refer to them for a better understanding of the issue. I would really appreciate if you could help me with it.
