I have a payment sent to me from a USAA bank acct on November 30, 2016 and it has already been 3 weeks and the payment has not cleared(hit my paypal account). I have proof of the transaction from USAA who sent the client a letter saying the payment would clear on 15th December (the payment also has a reference #)
I called paypal and they advised that the issue is with USAA.
I had the client call USAA and they advised the issue is that USAA sends the money to the Federal Bank who then forwrad it to the paypal account ?
Does anyone have any experience with USAA payments ?
he would need your Paypal account ID which is your email address you used to set up the Paypal account,there is no other way you can receive payment from him except using Paypal?
what THE BAnk is telling your client is that they are using ACH automated clearing house which is a clearance system between banks,each member bank has a routing number.
Paypal is not a bank,so how is it possible to send fund via ACH if Paypal is not a bank,?
I just reread your post,it is in your Paypal account now and it is pending.
so your client must have a PAYPAL account and the fund is coming from his bank USAA.
so it is Paypal or its bank trying to withdraw that amount from his USAA account,either it has failed to withdraw that amount or if it has ,fail to credit that amount to your Paypal account.
Did your client look into his USAA bank account,has the amount been debited from his account and if so,what date?
