When I login and try to manage our selling preferences i keep getting an error about redirects and it suggest clearing cookies of which I have done several times but still cant manage our subcriptions for customers and urgently need to manage these but cant access on any browser - Can you advise how to fix this?

Sounds like it's a problem on PayPals server end if you done everything on your end. You have to try again later to access your account. Nothing we can really advise as we do not have access to the technical server stuff, just member users not staff.
