withdrawal limits.

Hello,
Altough I have verified my credit card , when I go to "view limits" in my account there are:
1. a daily withdrawal limit of 500euro
2. a yearly receiving limit of 2500euro.
Only the second limit has a tick next to it for lifting it, which directs me to verifying my card (again).
If I verify my credit card again, will both these limits be lifted? I am mostly concerned with the first limit since it does not appear to have a lifting option.
I have a verified premier account, will upgrading it solve these problems ?
I hope this message was not confusing,
Thanks for your help,
Andrei

Don't think verifying your card again or upgrading your account is the answer, knowing PayPal, that may glitch things up for you. Usually a bank account and credit card does the trick. Don't know if you want to do that however, you've already linked and confirmed the card.

Thanks for the answer.
I've given customer support an email and it seems that for the daily withdrawal limit to be lifted or increased I have to:
- Have a Verified PayPal account.
- Have a PayPal account for 90 days.
- Have no open buyer complaints.
- Have had no limitations on your account in the last 30 days.
- Have received over $10,000 USD in commercial payments since opening your account
I currently lack the last one. If I manage to lift the limit I'll let you know.
Cheers
