using paypal to get paid

I just recently put an item on line to sell. I have a person wanting to buy it so my question how do I go about getting paid for the item and what info do I need to give the person to get paid

If the other person has a PP account, just have them send you the funds. Of couse they will need your email address (the email address that is tied to your PP account) to send it to.

You should sent the buyer an invoice. Do not give the buyer your email address, should you do that, the buyer will use the send money feature for the purchase. Send Money is intended for helping friends and/or relatives, not purchases. Should this happen, you won't be covered for Seller Protection should anything go wrong with the deal. Also, don't ship the item until the funds are actually in your PayPal Account Balance.
