I bought a preload paypal preload netspend card and loaded money into it. Transferred it to my card without noticing my card is expired. Cannot find a new card in my "junk mail box". Eitherway, i have no access to the money sitting in the expired card. Has ANY ONE ever done this and, if so, how can I resolve it. I NEED to pay stuff asap.. I appreciate any and all help.
