That is correct about settlement withdrawl except that if you are a new seller, or for reasons stated below, your payment will be held for up to that amount of time:
-The payment you received may be considered unusual for your selling pattern
-Your account was inactive for a while
-We found an unusual change in selling price of this transaction
-You’re selling an item that can potentially cause dissatisfaction with customers
-We noticed you only recently started selling outside of eBay, so your history with us as an off-eBay seller is quite short.
To speed up the release time, mark your transaction as shipped (for goods) or processed (for services). Then the buyer or client can confirm and mark the transaction as item received when they received their goods or services. The funds will be released 3 days afterwards.
