recieve payment? How?

Hi,

I'm new to recieving payments through Paypal. I can't find how this works exactly. I've set up Paypal to recieve royalties every month and got my first mail on payment two weeks ago. The payment date already passed but I have recieved nothing in my account. I read somewherethat I have to accept the payment. But how do I do this? Below the message I got:

Your posting on the USA forum and your email is talking in euros so it would help if you stated what country you are actually in !!!

It's Holland, but didn't know that would matter in this case. I guessed paypal is paypal...
