Today 02/18 I am having issues with purchasing shipping labels. I even tried to buy directly from USPS using my PayPal account. No luck. Is this service down today due to the holiday?
Most of the time label issues are acutally caused by USPS, not PayPal. PayPal uses a 3rd party application provided by Pitney Bowes. This application links directly to USPS. If USPS has issues, so does PayPal. As you said in your post, you even tried USPS directly and experienced issues. No one here can speak for USPS however, they don't shut down online services for holidays. They could be doing system maintenace or something is just broke.
