i have searched the web but to no avail , so my problem is that when i want to whitdraw my money to my bank from pay pal , they say ok we will apply a 5 $ fee i say ok you need to get your money for your service but what i dont understand is why do you want to transfer the USD currency into my countries? ( from USD to HRK ) , do you want to say that because i dont live in USA i am trash, not worthy of having usd on my account or just to rip me off with 5 $ i dont have a problem but with your conversion u take more then 5 $ which is not in the description , you want to rob me of my hard earned money for what? im not rich so i dont wanna give you the money i have worked so hard to get !!!! why am i not allowed to get my money the way i want to ?
