I saved a bunch of buttons and added them to my site yesterday giving them all unique names relating to the product they are each associated with. I come back today and they have all been renamed "sample buy now button". They each have a different ID number, but I can't tell which of my products they are associated with. Anyone know what happened or how to fix?? Thanks in advance

The same thing happened to me. I did update a new button last week. Over the weekend I received an order with an odd Item Number. I went to check my buttons and they all have the same name. Because the list with reorder when you edit one, it is going to be impossible to find out if there is an issue.
I did call and was told to email them. She wasn't understanding what I was saying. I explained it and then ended up sending them a screen shot of the issue.
I tried loggin in in IE, Chrome, FireFox and on my iPad all the same thing, this has to be something they changed this weekend.
Did you call?
I'm hoping one of the Admins will see this post and reply!!!
HELP THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED.

No, I haven't called yet. I may just try to find a wordpress ecommerce app that will work with my site. I will stay tuned to this thread though. Let's keep bumping it until someone responds!

I'm joining the queue. All of my Paypal Buttons names have been replaced with the name Sample Button.
Hopefully, there will be a resolution soon! I was glad to see the problem was not unique to me.

Thank God its just not me!
I will email them again, as they have not replied to my last email I sent regarding this problem onMonday 9th May!
If anyone gets a fix, please let everybody know how you did it, that's unless Paypal finally get to the bottom of this and update our accounts.....

I'm concerned now. I also emailed support and received a form email back with a link on how to create a button. Which of course isn't the problem. I've created plenty of buttons. I emailed back but am not sure anything but a robot has read anything.
You can't correct the problem yourself, because if you try to edit one of the renamed buttons and call it up, there is nothing to edit. The correct name is in the template and in the html.
The problem is not on our end. Neither is a solution.
