issue in refund

Hi, one of my client open the dispute of 35eur and i have 70$ in my account i am trying to issue the refund but i am getting text not enough balance in your account.

after the dispute open it is coming i do know even what is that http://prntscr.com/9zgty9 please help mean to solve the issue

To send a payment from your paypal balance it has to be in the currency of the receiver.

You can convert it by clicking on the balance > manage currencies, fees apply.
