I purchased a puppy 5 months ago from a breeder using paypal. Last week she died unexpectedly due to low blood sugar. I paid $800 for her to live for years, not 5 months. I tried contacting the breeder and they have nothing to say. I pay that kind of money for her to live like most dogs do, 6+ years. I've tried contacting them many times and all I get from them is "I'm so sorry." When you purchase something that you love money isn't a huge deal. But when it dies after just getting her it breaks my heart. I hate to compare it to this, but when you buy a laptop for $800 it shouldn't die in 5 months.I feel its fair I receive money back on her. How should I go about this??
