Im starting my own online coupon clipping serv and sold on ebay, is there a way i can input all my paypal customers email without having to write each one down?

Hello coup and Welcome to the Community . 

The best way to get a list of all your buyers email addresses is to download your history, (all of the buyers email addresses will be in one column.

Here is how you can download your history: log into your PayPal account, click Download History (under the History link), type your date range, select your file type (if you are using excel select Comma Delimited - All Activity), and click Download History. All of the transaction details will be available to open.

I need to download my history on Paypal, and have done so.....ONCE. 

It's been three months, so I'm attempting to download again, but this time, nothing happens. 

I noticed in other questions, that others are having difficulty, too.

Is there a way to get a list of the email addresses, without downloading the history? (since that clearly doesn't work right now)
