Payments are getting approved in sandbox testing if I use US $ / US as the base country. But the site is based in Canada and I get the "pending" payments ipn message if I switch to Canadian $ / Canada. The sandbox account is a US Paypal account. Is that normal and will it work when the Paypal account used is a Canadian account?
