i was charged 3 times for the same $1.69 shipping label on 3/7 twice it did not print so i voided them the third time it printed the charges still show on pay pal will i get refunded????
If you took action to void the labels, you will get your funds back. Note, don't be in a hurry to get money back as it comes back from shipping service.
