When will the 1099K Tax Documents be posted?

Has anyone heard when the 2015, 1099K Tax Documents will be ready?  Is it by the 31st of January 2016?  Please post if anyone knows....  Thanks

I was told they would be posted either 1-21 or 1-22.

Upon navigating the PayPal, 2015 tax document is not yet available. Notice they are slow comparing from the past other years. I am hoping the separation of PayPal and eBay isn't th cause. I hope I'm wrong on this.
