What happens if you don't pay a PayPal invoice?

Here what happened I preorder a item from Japan for about $75 when I went to pay for it I picked PayPal to pay  the sight I preorder this item  from Sent me a email that said it would send me  PayPal invoice to pay for it  a week before it ships well it did not give me a shipping price I thought that was strange so I looked  under there faqs page and found I will have to pay $200 in shipping and then I found they won't let me cancel my preorder so i want to know what will happen if I just ignore the PayPal invoice?

NOTHING THEY CAN DO.

Just make sure they dont charge your Paypal account without your permission.
