Web Payments Pro - No record of payment

Just wanted to check on this, we have a customer who has placed an order on our site and says they've paid through our with Visa through our Web Payments Pro mechanism.

 

Now, the order has not completed, and we have no record of the payment in either Paypal or the Management area (or in fact in our server logs).  Customer is not being forthcoming in providing evidence but is adamant that the payment has been taken from their visa card.

 

What's the best course of action here?
