This started only after I got an update from Samsung Apps (seems to be a different version than what is on Play store) - After the Samsung update installed, I cannot login. Tried to uninstall both from Samsung apps and play store (v 5.4.3), reinstall, clear RAM, Data/Cache etc - no joy.

Thanks for the quick reply - after attepting to login 3 times, the app asks if you want to report the issue - which I did - and I was contacted by a 1st level support person who was unable to help. She escalated to back end tech support - waiting to hear from them.
