I am also getting this message and it is really annoying. I can change the shipping method to anything else and it will contact USPS and it goes through. Have you had any luck? - Harry
I have had this problem to sense yesterday! I love how Paypal has worked to hard and fast to clear this up! I was goolging some solution and this seems to happen alot and yet paypal still cant fix it!! I love trying to run a business and having customers wait for their items and I cant even print out a freaking lable! This needs to be solved fast!
THis started showing up sometime after 1/2/13. I got it to work exactly once by repeatedly trying again. I have not got it to work again. TYhe only solution I can come up with is to use the USPS site to print the label. I am quite sure that this means the shipping is not covered under seller protection. If I were you I'd keep the receipt from the PO site and if something happens to the parcel scream bloddy murder to Paypal.
I received an email from Paypal stating that USPS is no longer accepting parcel post options through paypal and that they are working on a similarlly priced replacement.
I am having the same issue. I've also tried going to the USPS.com website to print the parcel post shipping, but no luck there either. Why even give us the option through eBay if we can't use it? This is rediculous. For heavy items such as the one I am trying to ship, priority mail is way out of the question. Why can't Paypal and eBay get their stuff together one this? From what I'm seeing, it seems like this has been going on way too long.
