Virtual game good

Hello

I have a issue.

I have met a person ingame who said he was looking for buggs ( game errors that players can use ).

I know a few and i have described them.

He like one, and we agreed to 200$. First, he would send me 50% of the sum, i give him the bugg and then he sends me the rest 50%.

Done.

After describing the bugg to him, telling him how to use, he just logs off and leaves me hanging.

Not sending my other 100$, PLUS he openes a dispute saying he didnt receive the goods and he wants his 100$ back.

I have already used the 100$, and now my paypal balance is -100$.

I have escalated the dispute to a claim.

Any advices, please?

Thanks in advance

Unfortunately when you choose to sell intangible items such as this, you are assuming all risks.  Intangible items are not covered under Seller Protection.   Even if they were, you would have not been protected because the payments were split.   This is explained in the User Agreement.  PayPal will never discourage someone from opening a dispute regardless of the scenario however, in cases like this, sadly chances are slim they will decide in your favor.
