View Cart Button Not Working

Hello:

I used the Button Factory to create the View Cart button.  I placed the button on every page of my site.  When I click the button, nothing happens.

Any thoughts?

Thank you for the help

No thoughts without seeing an example, would need to see your web page with the code.   This is kind of like telling the car mechanic your car won't start, could be a hundreds of reasons.

Just some questions.

Does the item button on your page work?

What type of item button is it?   Add to Cart, Buy Now, etc.

Note, if your item button is a Buy Now, it does not work with a View Cart.  View Cart buttons only work with Add to Cart.

What about the design of your web page, are you using Frames?

You could also have a nested Form issue.  Each PayPal Button must have a starting Form Tab and an ending Form Tag.  If somehow you placed the View Cart within the item button code tags, it won't work.

I'm having a similar issue:  I've placed the View Cart button on just one page (my store).  But when clicked, it only redirects (or refreshes?) to the same page, not the cart.

I've pasted the View Cart button HTML several different ways inside the same field without success.  I'm not super-experienced with HTML, so I could be running into the problem of pasting it out of order like you mentioned.

Say, for instance, that I want to have the button show up as the very last thing in the field.  Without the button, the field's text ends with "...Contact us</a> with questions.</span></div>" where 'Contact us with questions.' is the last thing a visitor sees.  Where among the '</span></div>' should I be pasting the button code to make it work?  I feel like I've tried it in every combination I can think of.

Thanks.
