I received a message from a buyer of one of my products that USPS said it was undeliverable at that address. He stated that he double checked his address and it was right. Also PayPal shipping said it was a confirmed address.
I called the PO in question and was told he had moved a few months ago. The PO told me they were forwarding it to his new address.
My question is this. Is there a step he missed in changing his shipping address?
