Shipping not linked to a sale

I have a customer that won a free product through a drawing.  I would like to ship it to her house and pay for it out of my paypal business account.  Is there anywhere I can simply print a shipping label from without it being tied to a sale or invoice of any kind?

Yes, use the Multi-Order Shipping feature.  To create a new order manually, go to the File menu and click Create New Orders.

How do I ship a  package to someone when they don't pay with paypal , how do a I create a label.
