Shipping label question

Hello, can anyone tell me how I can create a shipping label that is not related to a sale.  I want to send a package to a friend via media mail. Thank you.

You can do that directly through www.usps.com.

Thank you. I am aware of that option. There used to be a way you could do it directly in PayPal.  I wanted to send Media Mail and on the click and ship site, I could not find that option.
