Romanian Paypal account withdrawal

Hello, I'm actually from the Republic of Moldova and i want to sell on ebay. Unfortunately I can't withdraw money using an account registered in Moldova. My question is: If i register an paypal business account in Romania and link my visa debit card that's connected to my moldavian bank account, will i be able to withdraw funds? Thanks, Sergiu

No, paypal is country specific so you have to have one countries bank account attached to that countries paypal account.
