How can I restrict which states I ship to via Paypal.
From the checkout page on my website, it goes directly to Paypal.
I only want to accept payments from specific states. How can I restrict customers?

You would setup a shipping method in your account profile settings.
Login to your account.
Go to Profile and settings.
Then My selling tools.
Look for Shipping my items.
Under that you should see Shipping Calculations.
Click on Update.
Once there you can setup your shipping method and only choose the states you plan to ship to.
