Refund issue? International? Please help.

Hello; and apologies if this is a silly question.

I have two paypal accounts, one in the UK, and one in Norway where I am living now.

I transferred £450 from my Norway > UK account, and found out it could take up to 10 days to process this, so I refunded the transaction back to my Norwegian account as I needed the money faster to pay a bill back in the UK.

In my Norwegian account, it is showing my refund as completed, yet my balance is 0. And when I log into my UK account to check, £450 is still in that account, yet is saying that the payment has been refunded in full? So I try to send the money, when I am getting an error message which states "We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now."

So which account is my money actually in? And how long until I can actually withdraw my money back to my bank account.

Kindest Regards,

Stacey

The money is in the process of being returned to your Norwegian account.   It can take several days for the system to cycle thru.  As for not being able to send money right now, that message is usually associated with either a system glitch or an unverified account.  In most cases, it's an unverified account.  If your account is verified, you may want to follow-up directly with customer support as they can take a look at your account info.

Hi StaceySGMW

Since you started the transfer it had to take place  it cant do a u turn which is normally 5-7 working days, then since you refunded it back that takes a few days to go back to you once it says completed.
