Receiving Money ...

I have had my PayPal account since 2009 and have not had a single problem until now.  Suddenly, all the eBay transactions I have where a person paid, 90% of them have said they have a problem sending the money and all of them are marked "pending" on my page. They have been that way for 3 days now and at least 4 irate people have contacted me to find out what the problem is.

 I contacted PP where they said they'd "try" to get back to me within 24 hours. It hasn't happened and more irate people are contacting me every hour.

 As far as I know, I have not had any chargebacks. I'm not a below average seller. It's mind boggling to me how and why this would happen but any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello. Can your community help a Nigerian using paypal? I opened and verified my paypal account without stress. I've even sent money with my account. But I find it difficult for people to pay me. Does that mean as a Nigerian I can only send money? Please help me if you can. My account is genuine.
