I am having issues with receiving money from TuneCore (www.tunecore.com) , in the past few years I've been receiving money from TuneCore without a problem, but this year I have tried several times, and I did not receive any payment to my account....I contacted them, and they said it's a paypal problem?? Can you please help?? Only changes I made to my paypal account is that I changed my Visa credit card, (same bank - same type of card)......
Unfortunately we cannot help with issues such as this - we are a member to member help group. Someone would need to look at your account setup and transaction history - only customer support can do that. Also, you may want to contact the sender and ask them what the status of the transaction is on their end - that may provide some insight to the issue.
