I have a customer who says paypal won't let them make payment on an item that won from me on ebay. They won it on 1/18/14 and claim that they have had trouble getting it to go through on paypal. They claim they have called paypal and that they are going to look into it. It is an ebay sale and they have a paypal account and it is verified and I have one and it is verified as well. I have sold several items on ebay using paypal and this is the first problem I have had with a customer making a payment. Please help!
One work around for you at this point in time would be to remove the item from eBay first and then send the customer an invoice. (This way you're not breaking any rules.) Assuming you have either a Premier or Business Account, that may help save the sale.
