Problem with adding my visa card

Hy all

i've a problem with adding my visa card

First, I do not know the type of Visa card with me, I've withdrawn from the bank and is the name of the bank is the owner name and it can be recharged at any time from the bank .
The problem got when Try it linked Visa card with my PayPal account, I was asked to enter the code to make sure it my card i've enter the code 3 times incorrectly thought that the code is the code ATM when heading to the bank taller give me the code and they give it to me, but the visa card now is blocked from paypal when i raise Documents which proves that the my credit card application is rejected each time

Sounds like a prepaid type card.

Unfortunately no one here can help with issues like this as you need someone to look at your account details.  Basically only the customer support people can help you.  One thing you want to make sure of is that the name and address you registered with the card is the same name and address you used to setup your PayPal Account.  If that information does not match, PayPal will reject the card.

yes it's prepayed card it's marked on the name of card

For email, you need to use the Contact Us link from within your Account or on the the main login screen.   Although calling is a challenge, for issues like this, it's better than emails.
