Please Fix the "Have to Login Twice" Problem

For about 3 weeks now, we have to enter our email, password, and press "login"....twice.

 

We're a commercial user with enhanced support, so I called Paypal support to verify it's not just us.

 

Why you would allow something like this to go unfixed for 3+ weeks is beyond me.   

 

I assume Paypal understands the nature of ecommerce conversions, and how much money is lost when you put barriers like this in the checkout path.   I sort of get why Paypal doesn't care that we're losing money (well, I don't get it, but I've experienced it before), but this is obviously costing you money as well.

 

Do you have any idea that at most large corporations, the VP in charge of the website would be canned if logins weren't functioning smoothly for 3 days?  You're past 3 weeks now.

 

Argh.

you're assuming paypal cares. they don't.
