I tried using PizzaPalPay which sounds very similar.  When I placed my order, they charged like $10 for shipping on an electronic order.  I went ahead and tried it and changed my gift card total to a higher amount so I'd get more for the money.  Then, to complete the order, they asked for me to send them a copy of my drivers license or light bill!  Just a cell phone photo, they said.  Nope, I won't do that, I said.  They totally blew me off and now I'm waiting for a refund that may take a month to process!  Don't do it.
