Hi - I'm testing out my new account and had a friend send me $1. I just recieived the text that they did so, followed the link on my phone and it comes up with the "URL" not found. Additionally, when I look on my computer, there is no indication of any money having been sent. Anyone know why it doesn't show up on my computer?
I assume your friend used your phone number for the payment rather than your PayPal e-mail. Is the phone number linked to your PayPal account in our PayPal profile settings?
Good question, I'll check. But, what I can't understand is why does nothing show up in my account? I woud think it would show up there as well as on my phone.
