Please paypal, I am not comfortable with giving out my information. I have a verified paypal with a bank account, what more do you want? I am able to use the account regularly except add funds to my account. All is ant paypal to do is get rid of that stupid "yellow bar at the top" and let me send payments( about 20% of the time it says "We're sorry, but we cannot send your payment right now" and I never figured out how to fix that. Please fix this paypal. Thanks!
Unfortunately if they (PayPal) are requesting additional information and it's not uncommon, if you don't comply, you're stuck with the imposed limits. It's totally your choice as to how you want to manage your account.
