So my brother owed me some money so he decided he'd send me some through Paypal. We both live in the same house. He uses my phone number, sends me the money, and WHAT? PAYPAL decides they went to investigate the "buyer" and "seller"? NOTHING WAS EVEN SOLD! Where in the world did paypal even get the buyer and seller thing from? My account is on "limitation" and I am **bleep** since I use Paypal to hold my food money for the next two weeks. What am I supposed to do?
The problem with what you said is that we've already sent money between us around 5 times with no problems. (And in the Paypal app, there is only one button that says "send money" which immediately takes you to your contacts, you select them, and place the amount and that's it.) There's no goods and services or family and friends selection. We've sent it everytime through the app with no problems. Even at that, I'm not a new seller so even if it did recognize the payment as goods, I would not recieve the new seller hold since I am beyond that.
