Even though my paypal tax settings are set up to charge Calif residents state tax, I have been receiving payments from Calif residents without the tax charged!
How do I fix this? PLEASE PLEASE help!

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
