Paypal here printing blank receipts

 So I have a Star tsp143Lan printer hooked up with my paypal here app.  When I complete a sale and am given the options to have a receipt emailed, texted, or printed in store if I select to print the printed receipt will be blank.  I can go into my sales report and print a receipt for any transaction and it works perfectly.  Only on the completed sales page will I get blank receipts.  I'm using Android 5.0.2.

I'd like to add also when I got into the sales reports for the day or any period of time and try to print out a report it also prints blank.

I am using the same printer.  My receipts won't print at all, but I am able to print reports. I have had the printed checked out by Star. No problems with it. I have been getting the run-around from PayPal for months. I really need to print receipts.

I'm using an Android Samsung Tablet and printing receipts works with the Woosim bluetooth printer.

What hardware and app are you using?

Yeah, the issue here is I don't think PP really comes out an says "We support these printers" for PP Here.  Im sure with the new android updates going out and with pph updating something happened.

I think the Star printed is for the IOS.  Woosim is the only Android supported printer.

I really hope here in the near future they just partner with someone and have a "PP branded" printer for PP Here and shipping labels.
