I have tried to open a paypal Here account but have been refused for the moment because I have recently changed addresses.
I was asked for verification of my new address and of my identity and I sent copies of my passport and a letter head from my bank with the new address which I was asked for.
As yet I have had no reply from Paypal and all attempts to contact them by phone are futile.
Anyone experienced the same and how did you resolve it?
