Paypal Here - Will not turn on

I have the black v2 Paypal Here.

It turned on out of the box. We then put it on charge and now it will not turn on. It has just got a black  LED screen. 

I have tried different USB chargers. I have tried holding the power button down for more than 3 seconds. 

The device is warm - Any assisiance appreciated?

It may be defective.  Even if not, suggest you call PayPal customer service and talke to a PayPal Here specialist.  There ARE quite knowledgeable.   As soon as you press and hold the blue botton a few seconds the display should show the "starting up" message; it will take a minut or so to complete.  It should also fuction while being charged, even if the battery is low.

So, just give PayPal a call.
