How will you verify that it is actually her card and not a stolen card?
PayPal does not protect seller for accepting bad credit cards over the phone.
Actually PayPal Here does not provide seller protection for sales. Shipping would be at your own risk if buyer disputes.
You won't have a signed receipt by buyer, so you have no proof of buyer acceptance.
Unless you are familiar with accepting phone sales by credit card and understand the risks, it is not a good idea and you're on your own.
