Sorry I posted this in the wrong section earlier OK, so I received a payment that was then withheld due to the buyer claiming it was unauthorized, so it's under a investigation by PayPal. I provided all the evidence and we shall see what happens. But now i received a payment of a higher amount, but the amount of the prior claim is subtracted from it for some reason?? I don't understand?? If the prior payment is being held already for the claim why is a new payment being used for the prior claim amount too?
