Need to Charge clients that give just credit card number and CVC no address and phone ..?

How can I get paid if they send info of card but not all the requirements of phone and address that they ask in Paypal , Do I have to upgrade to Paypal pro ..?? .

Sorry, not enough info, can you explain a bit more about what you're doing or need.

If using Payments Standard, you collect no credit card info, it's all done by PayPal.  The exception would be if you used PayPal Here and did a "card not present transaction" like for a Phone Order.  Then you would have to get the card number, expiry date, CSC, and the card holder's zip code.  You would also need the name and shipping address.

If using Payments Pro, you are responsible for collecting all of the info.
