Okay so I'm sending people 'Request money'-emails to sell something and I'm trying to understand how the paypal system works when you don't have a PayPal account and only a credit card or something similar. When you check out, you have to enter your address, zip code, country etc. But what if this doesn't matches the billing address of the credit card? Will the payment still go through and PayPal gives the 'OK to ship' sign, but after 2 weeks, when paypal finds out that those two doesn't match, will they revoke the money? Or what if they enter a fake address will the payment still go through?
