Multi Order Shipping - Shipping failed error

Have printed may labels using multi order shipping without any problems, but over the last week I have gotten the following error every time I try to pay and print:

"Shipping failed because we were unable to complete payment for this batch. Please add funds to your PayPal account and try again."

I have never had to have a balance in my account for mult order shipping to debit my account. Did something change in regards to having to draw from a paypal balance instead of debiting a bank account? Anyone else experiencing this?

Good question, seems folks are getting rejected for unknown reasons.  I used Multi-Order Shipping the other day, funds were taken from my account balance.  No issues.  Just curious, is your account verified?  Lately, it seems that if folks don't have a bank account and credit card verified and confirmed, they are having transaction issues regardless of where they do have funds.

I received the exact same error today...I don't have enough money in my account (never been a problem), but both my bank acct and credit card are verified. Can you do something about this, Paypal???

You need to let tech support know there's an issue.  Suggest opening a ticket here:

I cannot seem to print shipping labels because my pay pal balance is $4.00.. I do not understand this because my checking account can be debited! There is plenty of money there! I am having no difficulty with purchasing though pay pal.! This is holding up my orders! Adding money to pay pal with a green card at Walgreens Costs an Additional $5.95 and you have to use cash! It is not fair to cost us additional money. This actually putsm y profit from the items sold into the negative
