I am needing to access our Monthly Sales Reports from more than 2 years prior, actually from the beginnning of our PayPal account. However, the Reports section will only allow me to go back as far as March 2010. How can I gain access to earlier reports?
The monthly sales report is available for the previous 16 months or for any custom 31 day range after June 2006. You may need to manually enter the date range for each month if it's older than 16 months. Sorry for the inconvenience.
