Landingpage differences in Express Checkout

I have set the landingpage parameter to "Billing" on two of my pages, with two different results.  I want to direct the user directly to the credit card panel, not a PayPal account login.

On one (a previous connection)  the Choose a Way to Pay panel is headed

"Pay with a debit or credit card"

On the one I am building now, the panel is headed

"Ceate a PayPal account"

I would like the first landingpage, not the second.

Obviously, a setting is changed in the paypal.com URL call, but durned if I can find it.  Can someone straighten me out?

Thanks for the references.

I found the difference.  The desired output was due to solutiontype being set to 'Sole'; the undesired output was caused by solutiontype = 'Mark'.

The next question is what else is affected by this change?

Don't think your question can be resolved here, check out the threads in the Developer's Forum, similar issues but, not sure of a fix:

http://stackoverflow.com/search?q=landingpage%5Bpaypal%5D

You may want to ask/search there, also you suggest opening a Support Ticket if you don't find any solutions in the Developer's Forum:
